You have 14 days from the date you receive our product to notify us by email or via the website if you wish to return it for a refund. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and once we receive it, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Our product comes with a 6-month warranty that covers any defects in materials and workmanship for a full year from the date of shipment to the buyer. This warranty does not cover damage or wear to Dream Monocle components due to accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow the instruction manual. Additionally, it excludes units that have been modified or altered. If you need to return the device for repair, you are responsible for the shipping costs to send it to us, and we will cover the shipping costs to send it back to you.
